What is Malaysian Brand certification?
The Malaysian Brand certification, also known as the “Malaysian Brand” or “Brand Malaysia” certification, is a program initiated by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE). It aims to promote Malaysian brands both domestically and internationally by recognizing and endorsing products and services that meet stringent criteria for quality, innovation, and competitiveness. SIRIM in partnership with SME Corp and Matrade has imposed stringent audit standards to companies which are awarded this certification.
To be eligible for Malaysian Brand certification, VG group of companies has passed stringent assessments and met the following criterion:
Product Quality: The product must meet or exceed national and international quality standards such as DNV certification. Our company is the largest DNV container manufacturer in South East Asia.
Innovation: VG has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, whether in product design, or smart manufacturing processes through embracing Industry 4.0 and digitalization of marketing strategies.
Market Presence: VGO and VGM has a significant presence in the Asean market, demonstrating its popularity and acceptance amongst the offshore community. VG is the registered vendor and service company of most MNCs in Malaysia
