They are equipped with workbenches, tool racks, shelving, lighting, and electrical outlets, providing a fully functional workshop space. The rigging loft area is organized to safely store rigging equipment like slings, shackles, and chains, ensuring easy access and inventory management. With secure locking mechanisms and internal climate control options, these containers ensure the protection and longevity of stored equipment, making them vital for offshore maintenance and operational efficiency.

  • 20ft (6m) Offshore Container available with Dual Certification of DNVGL-ST-E271 and CSC approved for international shipping.
  • Certified Sling sets with shackles are supplied for each unit.
  • Multiple internal tie-down points for securing of cargo and tag line securing points.
  • Certified ISO Corner Castings are available for stacking and locking of the units during transportation.
  • Anti slip floor for all units
  • Anti slip roof for Closed top containers
  • Weather tight doors with seals and protection bars for locking device, door handles and locking bars.
  • Forklift pockets available on all units for easy manoeuvring.
  • A wide range of fit-out options and customizations are available including shelves, cabinets, tool racks, work benches, bench vices, tool walls and heavy-duty hooks.
  • Load tested monorails and chain hoists are available. Capacity ranges from 500kgs to 1000kgs.
  • Thermal Insulation, Air Conditioner, Ventilation Fan, Heater, Safe Area Electrical and Explosion Proof E&I available
  • Factory Acceptance Test and Pre-commissioning for all electrical and instrumentation are performed at VG’s facility by highly experienced and qualified personnel.
